Grafnex.ai ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that helps marketing agencies and brand teams to create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and following all relevant data protection laws, including GDPR (EU's General Data Protection Regulation). This Privacy Policy explains how we, acting as the data controller, gather, use, and share the personal information of individuals who use or are connected to our services, show interest in what we offer, or engage with us in any business-related capacity whether current or potential. We collect the following categories of data:

• Waitlist email: your email address when you join the waitlist on our landing page, used solely to notify you when access becomes available.
• Account information: your email address when you register.
• Meta Ads data: when you connect your Meta account, we store an encrypted access token and fetch your campaign, ad set, ad, and performance data from the Meta.
• Campaign data you create: campaign data you generate within Grafnex.
• No other personal data is collected and stored by us.

3. How we use your data

We use your email address solely to identify your account and authenticate your access to Grafnex. We use your past campaign data to build and maintain your tailored memory layer that makes campaign recommendations smarter over time. We only use campaign data that can be fetch from Meta. We do not have any control over how your personal data is handled by Meta. Any personal data processing carried out by these outside parties is entirely their own responsibility, and we are not liable for it. If you would like to know more, we request you to refer to Meta's own privary policy and contact meta personally if needed.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with legal authorities, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data retention & deletion requests

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@grafnex.ai. we will action all deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email of any material changes.
